Project Description
Comprehensive phased fit-out for a world-renowned University in Russell Square. The project spanned across 2 years with various phased handovers across 12 floors in 2 different cores.
We successfully installed mains distribution infrastructure upgrade including rising bus bars, new switch panels/panels boards, 10no ATSs, 300KVA Life Safety Generator and over 50 no. distribution boards.
New small power, LED lighting and lighting control has been installed throughout each space.
The newly transformed space boasts teaching spaces, collaborative working areas, office spaces, WCs, lift lobbies new reception and breakout areas.
