Project Description
A refurbishment of the Art Bar in the Student Union at the Kensington campus. The new scheme consists of open ceiling service voids and tray-mounted LED tubular lighting.
The existing fire alarm system has been modified to suit the new layout. Additional updates include new high-level containment, feature and functional lighting, as well as emergency lighting. Small power and mechanical power systems have been installed in the seating and DJ area, bar storage rooms, WCs, and bursar offices.
