Elite were very impressive from the first and until the last day on site. Your transitions between phases were seamless and you seemed to take all the additional works within your stride without any problems. To think of all the major refurbishment upgrades your team completed on programme and snag free is outstanding. Your can-do attitude and overall positive site moral was noticed by all and at times improved the other contractors around you.
I wish I could of scored you a perfect 10.0 but you just need to be more firm next time with PPE!

MOPAC - Chadwell Heath Patrol Base Works - 2023

Elite Electrical issued the validation report for this project to a high standard, which captured the electrical services current condition.
Steve and Peter managed the project well from start to finish. The site operatives had a good site attitude and know Overbury’s company standards. Elite Electrical had the correct access equipment for this project and made sure the H&S checks were completed onsite.
Elite Electrical ordered materials early so it would not affect the programme and they maintain programme throughout.
There were minor snags at the end of the project which were closed out ASAP.

Validation report was to a high standard and was well put together, Elite were on programme and even procured items early on so it would not affect the PC date.

Axa - L43 Demise Split 22 Bish - 2022

The design was released on time and well-coordinated working with Excel for the coordinated Revit model. Considerations such as areas without containment perhaps should’ve been brought up earlier however this is only a small item.

There were a number of changes and challenges to work through on this project and these were well managed on-site by Paul Larkin with communication with TClarkes (Basebuild) being kept for installations and riser works.

The comms room was delivered early in the project but this was completed without any issues which assured the client and consulting team we could provide the quality & product they desired on time, this helped the throughout the remainder of the project.

Quality was held to a very high standard on this project and the delivery did not disappoint, any snags picked up internally were addressed accordingly in a fast time frame.

We are pretty much done with the level 8 enabling electrical works, and I would like to congratulate Elite (Rob) on what a fantastic job he has done over the past few months, as everything has go as planned and more importantly with no down time what so ever to any science.

I am sure Rob has had a few sleepless nights with everything going on, but I would like to say how great full I am of how things have gone, as I truly believe without Rob this wouldn’t have happened. This also hasn’t gone unrecognised by the CRICK!

I first met Elite when I worked on 22 Bishopsgate – Beazley project with Keith Mitchel. I asked to see if Elite could do this project with me as I knew it would need a good team to be able to deliver the client’s cornerstone.
I was introduced to Andy Harris and Martin Heath as my Elite team. I would like to say that they were outstanding managers both of them would keep me updated on progress and any issues on-site and with deliveries.
Martin would always go the extra mile and he showed real professionalism with his team and how he kept them on the programme despite challenges from other subcontractors
A well deserved 10 for me look forward to working with Elite in the future.
Costs were turned around quickly, detailed breakdowns.

Martin did some really long hours on-site to deliver this project, we feel this was because he had his hands full managing the works during the day and working on the tools in the afternoon/evening to keep things on track. This is not ideal for us as we needed to provide supervision for this.

Great project from Elite and the team; Mike Openshaw and James Hughes delivered a superb project with minimal snags, great forward planning throughout and always on top of the project and the program.
Lessons Learnt item going forward is hard hats need to be present a constant reminder from Overbury is not the best practice and the management need to address this.

We were very fortunate to have Mike and James on this project together as they were real team players and had an honest interest in the project, backed up with great knowledge and a very can-do attitude, a real pleasure to work with.

They had a change of Contracts Manager during the course of the project, due to Andy Dimond leaving Elite, however, the way they handled it was spot on.
Bob Burkin was excellent and the site guys were great.
The only reason Elite have not been given a 10 on Health and Safety is due to us not “resting on our laurels” and always looking to improve on H&S standards.
Everything else is scored as maximum, which is fully deserved.
